To retrieve your lost WINDA ID, ensure you have the following information:
- The email address you used when you first registered in WINDA (even if it is from your former employer and you do not work there any more)
- The name you provided when you registered *as written in your passport or driving licence
- A copy/scan of your driving licence/passport (to validate)
Provide this information to the helpdesk at email@example.com
The helpdesk will then check for your records and provide your WINDA ID.
- Training providers/employers cannot request a WINDA ID on behalf of an individual. Only the individual holder of the WINDA ID can retrieve their own record.
