How do I change my WINDA email address?

In order to update your email address on your WINDA profile, unless you have access to your account, please provide the following information to [e-mail] :

• Email used for registration
• WINDA ID (if available)
• The new email address to use for the replacement
• Full Name as it appears on your WINDA profile

Once confirmed, your WINDA email address will be changed.

However, if you still have access to the email address you want to change, you can make the change directly in WINDA. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log on to WINDA using the email address you are currently registered with. 

2. Click on "My Profile" in the WINDA main menu.

3. Enter the new email address, repeat it in the box below and click "OK".

Your email has now been changed.
