If you have lost the password to access your WINDA profile, but you still remember the email used for registering, you can reset your password using the following link:
When doing so, please use a Google Chrome incognito window with all cookies enabled in order to avoid potential system bugs.
Furthermore, please make sure to open the activation link using the same browser and settings.
If you do not receive the link, please contact your organization's IT unit and request the firstname.lastname@example.org email address to be white listed. Once white listed, please click the "Forgot password" link on the WINDA log on page. You should then receive the WINDA emails.
