My training facility has a new address. What should I do?

Any address changes must either be listed on the training provider certificate or documented through a government issued document confirming the new address for the company.

Please contact your certification body and request to amend the certificate issued or provide the official document to [e-mail]. Please remember that the certification body itself must send the amended certificate directly to us as with any other certificate. 

Once we receive the amended certificate or document with the updated information, we will update our systems accordingly.
