In order to be allowed to participate in the training, you must be employed by a Certification Body which is accredited to ISO 17021/17065 by a national accreditation body which is a signatory of the IAF MLA. In the case that the certification body is accredited to ISO/IEC 17021, it must also be accredited to ISO 9001
and/or ISO 45001.

Auditor Qualification Training (AQT) ensures that the quality of training delivered at GWO certified training providers is consistent and in compliance with the learning objectives detailed in the relevant standard.
In addition to the requirement on the employing certification body, you as an auditor must meet the following requirements:
- A fully qualified and active ISO 9001/45001 lead auditor under ISO/IEC 17021 and/or ISO/IEC 17065 must cover the audit of the Quality Management System of a training provider.
- A fully qualified and active ISO 45001 lead auditor or similar must cover the audit of a training session.
