It is possible to change an incorrectly registered nationality in WINDA.
Please do so under "My Profile" when logged into your Delegate (course participant) account in WINDA. Click on "Issue name and nationality change request" and attach a copy of your identification documentation as well as the reason to the change in the "Comments" field.
However, please note that the country code in your WINDA ID is permanent and cannot be changed.
If you wish to amend your WINDA ID country code, you must create a new WINDA profile and kindly ask your training provider/s to transfer your existing training records to the new profile.
