Can Training providers provide Digital Training?

Training providers can provide Digital Training as long as it meets the learning objectives of the appropriate module.

Training providers who employ digital learning technologies must ensure adherence to the GWO Requirements for Training Providers and GWO training standard(s) being delivered using those technologies.

This Digital training set up will need to be audited and certified by the certification body, This includes the theory and practical side of training.

However, please note, learning objectives within the domain of skill require that the course participant be able to demonstrate an ability in a scenario that is similar to a real work situation, therefore these elements can be taught using digital learning systems like virtual and augmented reality but maybe quite difficult to audit in an unknown environment outside of a Training providers facility but not impossible, this depends on the standard.
