When does a new Training Provider get access to WINDA?

The WINDA system is a crucial part of delivering GWO Training as all record of courses delivered must be recorded in the database.  Several steps happen before a new Training Provider get access to WINDA.  First the Training Provider must pass a successful audit with their Certification Body.  The Certification Body will then create a WINDA account for the Training Provider and deliver the new Certificate and Audit Report to GWO.  These materials are subject to review by GWO staff.  Once accepted, the account can be approved and GWO will issue an Annual Fee to the new Training Provider.  Following payment, the account will be ready to use.
