API Troubleshooting

Please reference the below guide when experiencing any issue or error while using the GWO API.

• API access must be enabled by GWO. If you wish to use the API, you must write to [e-mail] to ask for API access.
• The daily rate limit for the API is 250.
• Ensure that the link address and call used match the account type (Training Provider or Organisation) and platform (Live or Test).
• Look for transcription errors. Copying text from the PDF instructions can result in a transcription error depending on the method of copying and pasting or typing. Any missing character can cause the API call to fail.
• Always input links and calls exactly as written in the documentation.
• The API cannot be used to download PDF Training Records.
