User guide for versioning

From 1 April 2025 you can now add versioning when uploaded training records in WINDA. 

We have a 6 monhts grace period, so this will only become mandatory on 1 October 2025.

Version numbers on training records consist of 4 segments:

1. 0000. - Denotes the document this version codes applies to

  • 0001. - Safety Training Standard

  • 0002. - Technical Training Standard

  • 0003. - Operational Training Standard

  • 0004. - Training Systems Training Standard

  • 0005. - Internal Training Stardard, that have been defined so far

2. 0000. - Denotes the major version of the document

3. 0000. - Dentoes the minor version of the document

4. YYYYMMDD - Document publication date
